What Makes Riddle Technology Services Different?
What make Riddle Technology Services different? As an IT technician/developer, what makes me different? I’ve been thinking a lot about this lately, and I’ve finally come to a conclusion.
For me, working in technology is not what motivates me. I do love technology and computers. I enjoy fixing PCs and writing scripts to automate processes, but that’s not what drives me. It’s not what makes me want to get out of bed in the morning.
What excites me and gets me fired up is helping people. Technology is just the my means of helping people.
Regardless of whether I’m fixing someone’s computer; helping an old friend navigate the complicated processes to go back to college; or even helping a stranger change their tire on the side of the road; that joy I receive from helping people makes my whole day better. Technology just so happens to be my primary means for helping people.
So to put it simply, what makes Riddle Technology Services different that I am not just a technology business, I’m a service business that genuinely wants to solve your problems, not for the sake of solving problems, but because of the joy I get from making someone’s day better!
